To ensure that your visit is as enjoyable as possible, here are some tips on dress code and golf etiquette so that you can plan ahead.
DRESS CODE
Casual Dining
- MEN: Collared shirts, slacks, golf shorts, appropriate denim and tennis attire (with warm-ups) are appropriate. No hats in any dining areas or patios are permitted.
- LADIES: Dresses, skirts, slacks, golf shorts, blouses, shirts, appropriate denim, and tennis attire (with tennis warm-ups) are appropriate.
Formal Dining
- MEN: Collared shirts and slacks are required. Jeans, shorts and/or athletic wear are not permitted except for specific special events or parties. Shoes must be worn at all times. No flip flop sandals are permitted.
- LADIES: Slacks, dresses and/or attire with comparable formality are required. Jeans, shorts and/or athletic wear are not permitted except for specific special events or parties. Shoes must be worn at all times. No flip flop sandals are permitted.
Fitness Center
- MEN: Proper fitness attire including shoes must always be worn.
- LADIES: Proper fitness attire including shoes must always be worn.
Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts
- MEN: Proper court attire must be worn. Collared shirts are required. Court shoes only—no black-soled shoes or street shoes allowed on courts.
- LADIES: Proper court attire must be worn. Court shoes only—no black-soled shoes or street shoes allowed on courts.
Golf
- MEN: Proper golf attire must be worn. Collared shirts or mock collars are required. Shirts must be tucked in. Slacks, knickers or Bermuda-length shorts must be worn. No workout gear, denim, tee shirts, running gear or swimwear allowed. Golf shoes only—no sandals or street shoes allowed on courts.
- LADIES: Proper golf attire must be worn. Collared shirts or mock collars are required. Racerback and sleeveless shirts with a collar or mock collar are allowed. Slacks, knickers, skirts, or shorts must be worn. Shorts and skirts must be no shorter than mid-thigh. No workout gear, denim, tee shirts, running gear or swimwear allowed. Golf shoes only—no sandals or street shoes allowed on courts.
GOLF RULES & ETIQUETTE
- OUT OF BOUNDS: Defined by nearest inside points of white stakes and curbs. Note: A ball which crosses a public road is defined as out of bounds or comes to rest beyond that road is out of bounds, even though it may lie on another part of the course (Dec 27/20)
- WATER/LATERAL WATER HAZARDS: Defined by yellow/red lines, respectively (Rule 26)
- OBSTRUCTIONS: Pump houses are considered obstructions. Drop ball within one club-length of the nearest point of relief, no nearer the hole, no penalty (Rule 24-2).
- FLOWER BEDS: Mandatory relief must be taken. Drop ball within one club-length of the nearest point of relief, no nearer the hole, no penalty (Rule 24-2).
- YARDAGES: Yardages are measured to center of green.
- GREEN REPAIR: Please repair ball marks, smooth bunkers, fill divots and see mixture.
